Significance: Shiv points towards 'Lord Shiva' and Hari points towards 'Lord Vishnu'. Thus Shivhari represent the combined state of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. Kripa means 'blessing'. It is Lord Vishnu who is mostly approached for the removal of hardships, difficulties and negativity. And it is Lord Shiva who is mostly approached for special blessing. It is in the nature of Lord Vishnu to come to rescue of the devotees and it is in the nature of Lord Shiva to empower the devotees with special powers. Alternately, Lord Vishnu though most helpful of any of the lords is very miserly when it comes to bestowing special blessings upon the devotees; and Lord Shiva though most generous of any of the lords is very conservative when it comes to rescueing the devotee of any difficulty.
But for the creation of strong structure, a solid foundation is very essential. For this there has to be a combination of the above two refered great powers. This combination is very rare because the very nature of the two lords is into opposites of one another. The two lords do not have anything against each other, but yet for them to work in this special combination is next to impossible. It is not even that the lords do not wish to work together but it is simply a case of characteristic technical differentiality that prohibits this so happenning. For the same reason, the necessary foundation to the needed level of structural layout of creation does not happen so easily even though it be of single most important significance.
The foundation is never seen from the outside, yet it is the structure on which the building is created. This creation of such foundation was tactically created by Lord Vishnu in one of the most amazing and unheard of sequence of happennings involving practically the whole of cosmic power points without their knowing a slightest bit of this construction. The whole of cosmos was moved by the lord of smile as everybody got acclaimed and lauded for their supreme powers possessed. And in doing so, the lord of all lords, Lord Shiva was himself moved from the steadfast position into the statistical dynamic position. From the whole of dynamics of unknowingness was created a state of stillness into dynamics of believed so knowingness. And the foundation was built for the structure. And the greatest structure build up was commenced upon this very foundation by all the super powers of the universe.
